Six Come to Christ: The Hungarian Brass Concert

Great news! Six come to Christ at a concert by The Hungarian Brass in Shady Spring, West Virginia! In fact, the same number of people made similar decisions at a concert in Sebring, Florida, the previous Monday night. Seems like Monday night is THE night on this tour! 12 salvation decisions on two Monday nights!

We were in Huntington, WV, tonight . . . the people there were so gracious and responsive! Also, we stopped at The Operation Christmas Child project center in Huntington. This is a ministry of Samaritan's Purse. We were part of an assembly line to load gifts into "shoe boxes" destined for needy children all across the globe. Then, we loaded the shoe box gifts into larger boxes, then loaded them into a large tractor trailer. They will be taken to the process center in Charlotte, NC, then be distributed around the world. A TV crew stopped by to take some footage of The Hungarian Brass preparing these boxes. We also played a song for the TV crew and I was interviewed about our experiences of giving out these gifts to children in Hungary in previous years. So, we were on the evening news on Channel 3 on WSAZ TV in Huntington, WV.

Next, on the schedule . . . a long trip to College Park, Maryland for a concert at a church adjacent to the campus of the University of Maryland. Stay tuned!

Eric
